FAQ

Quick answers.

Is this advice?

No. Levels are general information, the same for everyone.

How do ticker requests work?

Free: reply to our public X posts with a ticker; the most-requested names get levels for everyone. Standard: request up to 3 tickers a month from your dashboard and get a one-time levels email the next morning. Pro: up to 10 a month on a watchlist that refreshes every morning through month end. Levels on a ticker are the same for everyone who gets them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime, no questions.

How are calls graded?

On the regular-session close. A hold is a hit when price closes above it. A cap is a hit when price closes under it. A close right on the level is a push.
